- Represent and defend the interests of the owner to the City Council, the Owners Association, insurance companies, neighbours of the property or any person disturbing the property.
- Attendance to the Owners Association Meetings representing the Owner when it is necessary to defend the interests of the client.
- Pay or will order to pay building expenses and IBI (city council tax) on behalf of the owner.
- Renaming of supplies on behalf of the owner or the tenant (including new contracts for basic supplies such as water, gas and electricity).
- Custody of a set of keys of the client’s property.
- Custody of contract of lease and original files release by the lawyers of the client.
- Schedule all maintenance issues and manage and verify work performed.
- Send invoices and pictures of work performed electronically to owner.
- Move-in and move-out inspections.
- Issue invoices when necessary.
